Returns
If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Our customers have the right to return the product within 14 natural days. This term will expire on the 14 natural days of the day the product has been received by the customer.
1) FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCT:
- Parcel damaged on arrival.
- Incorrect item received.
Customer has the right to receive a new product depending of the product availability. In case the product is not available, the customer will be refunded with a Store Credit or for the total amount.
2) PRODUCT DOESN'T FIT THE EXPECTATIONS:
- Looks different to image on site.
- Doesn't fit properly.
- Doesn't suit me.
- Poor quality.
The customer may opt for a 50% DISCOUNT CODE for a new purchase in exchange for keeping the item, thus avoiding possible shipping and customs charges.
3) CONDITIONS TO APPLY FOR A CHANGE OR RETURN:
- Unless faulty or damaged in the post, all items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unopened, unused and in perfect condition.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- We'll refund only to the same payment method from where customer originally pay.
- For all returns, please obtain proof of postage for the item as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
- Refund or Changes will be executed once we receive the tracking number from the customer as a guarantee.
- After we sent the refund confirmation to the customer, the refund can take between 7 to 14 business days to be reflected on your account statement.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
2. Print the Return Form that you will receive by email.
3. Send all items back including the Return Form inside the package.
